Thank you, Dylan. If at all possible, submit more of this stuff. I'll keep voting *****

Using people to ridicule makes me sick. The show stinks.

Re: American Idol Reject: Bohemian Rhapsody
Completely agree. The problem with these is these people have already been allowed to get through one level of audition. That's messed up, man.

Where there is comedy, there is a victim. But yes, the show is garbage.

Re: American Idol Reject: Bohemian Rhapsody
Just what is this fascination with bad performance? Can't we enjoy a brilliant performance? A good performance?

Re: American Idol Reject: Bohemian Rhapsody
For a lot of people, there's something mesmerizing about a train wreck. I don't think this is a new aspect of society, it's just found a new form of expression.

Re: American Idol Reject: Bohemian Rhapsody
1) We are surrounded by brilliant, edited, airbrushed performances.
2) There is a remarkable and fascinating diversity in the way that performances can be horrible in comparison to the narrow path that a performance must take to be good.
3) Is there much more comic than a person trying to do something with dignity but failing in an undignified manner and possibly not even realizing it?
4) Schadenfreude. 'Nuff said.

I think this might make me a superficial person, but I couldn't decide which was less appealing. Both his singing, and his teeth made me shudder.
Meth is bad for you. Really.
