Nothing makes a death scene great like slow motion and the moody music of Imogen Heap.
A perfectly absurd OC-styled clip from Saturday Night Live.
Features Bill Hader, Andy Samberg and host Shia LaBeouf.

Re: SNL Shia LeBeouf: Dear Sister
I thought it was funny, but - as most SNL skits - repeated the joke over and over again ...perhaps once too often.

Re: SNL Shia LeBeouf: Dear Sister
D'oh - really? I just said it was a bit over the top and ceased being funny ...which goes for most SNL skits in my opinion.

Re: SNL Shia LeBeouf: Dear Sister
I would usually agree. I hate SNL because a 1 minute joke gets stretched into a 15 min skit. But, I feel that in this case it actually worked out pretty well :)

I don't know who writes these SNL video clips, but I love em. Is it Adam Sandberg who writes them, or is he just one of the actors in it?

Re: SNL Shia LeBeouf: Dear Sister
Good sketch, some trippy music that Imogen Heap has, good though, in my opinion.

Re: SNL Shia LeBeouf: Dear Sister
They used the same song at the end of season 2 of the OC - or something like that, I never watched the show. This is basically a spoof of that.

Re: SNL Shia LeBeouf: Dear Sister
Here's the actual scene from "The OC" that "Dear Sister" parodies:

Golan, you're right- it IS the end of season 2 (don't worry, I never watched the show either).

Re: SNL Shia LeBeouf: Dear Sister
I believe most of the SNL Digital Shorts are written by the Lonely Island crew, which Andy Samberg is a part of along with childhood friends Jorma and Akiva, writers at SNL.
Not trying to pull a plug or anything but if you like Andy, check them out at www.thelonelyisland.com I dont thing they have done any since they started SNL, but thier original material is hilarious.
