its an important and well delivered message for sure. The sappy piano and earth portrait slideshow only detract from the experience though.

BTW, saw An Inconvenient Truth today and towards the tail end, Al Bore made that same reference as Sagan with the same image from Voyager or whatever 4 billion miles away.

As I was watching this clip I was thinking Al Gore should have included it in An Inconvenient Truth, as this particular clip is powerful and may have given a more powerful influence. It's cheap of him to basically rip the same idea. I'll be sure to tell him as much when I see him at a convention I will be attending next week.
