Cirque De Soleil should investigate into closed-environment juggling...

what would be really cool is if he takes it to the next
level by turning off the lights and dipping the balls in
glow in the dark paint and letting them trail the
inside surface.

But if he's really nifty, he'll hang a chain above his
head, and from all that static he's building up, he'd
release a lightning bolt that could drop a horse from
fifty yards away...
And if he's really looking to impress the ladies, he'd
release a couple hundred or so birds from cages with
letters painted on them, and pick them off with Jedi
lightning bolts.

...just a thought.

somehow i'm not as impressed as i would be if he just threw the balls into the air. if you throw a ball into the air, you have once chance to catch it. in this, the ball can orbit around the guy a few times before it has any risk of falling and the guy can easily keep track of the balls, 'catch' them, and have room for error if he misses the ball the first time around (it happaned a few times in this video actually, where he didn't immediatly pick up the ball after n orbits like all the rest)

I, only being able to juggle 3 balls, agree with you. It's not as impressive, because there is a lot more room for errors.

However, I think the times he missed them, was on purpose for showmanship. It makes it more interesting. Oops, I missed it? No problem, here it comes again. The interest is not so much in the difficulty as it is in the novelty of the act and the visuals.

I thought this was awesome.
