I believe the Batman footage has just been edited to synch up with the footage from The Dark Knight trailer.

Still, I like the message, which to me is--Golly, I can't wait until they remake the second Hulk movie. I know it is not out yet, but still the remake is going to be so awesome.
Come on, every ten years we can remake the same hero movies over and over for each generation it is going to be so great. Woot!
