Why is this noteworthy? Is it because the parental 'guardian' videoing the kid is irresponsible enough to let him trick that close to a table-tray with wires hanging down and a laptop on top?
Here is a better video idea:
Why not show the mother coming out and losing it on the father for being such a dumbass dad. It could end with her thrashing him a few times with the board. Great fodder for America's Funniest Home Videos, eh?

This looks fake to me.
If you nitpick and watch the same 10 seconds anywhere a few times, you'll see obvious artifacts, shadow discrepancies, etc.
