Re: Sean Hannity: Christopher Hitchens on Atheism
Sean Hannity is truly a blithering idiot. He seems to want to illicit emotional responses Sean Hannity seems to think his audience is incapable of thinking for themselves and that he and his beliefs are the only right in the world. His queries to Mr. Hitchens seemed loaded and were stuck on a single point instead of questions that would indicate an interview was taking place. Mr. Hannity needs to go back for some more training on "interview basics 101".

Keep in mind that this is FOX News. No one remotely intelligent watches this crap (unless it's opinionated bloggers, like us). ;)
Sean Hannity is, by definition, a total c*nt. It is a personal fantasy of mine to take that pen he always holds, and stick it in his eye. The man begs the question: Should being a douche bag pseudo-journalist warrant a public flogging?
The answer is yes. The world doesn't need these freaks of the new media clogging up our commercial time. We'd all be much better off if we just got rid of this nonsense.
Sure, I too blame the people who actually listen to them. But, removing those undesirables would simply take too much time. Besides, you gotta start somewhere. Let's start with Ann Coulture and Michael Moore (even tho I like him in some ways). We can make examples of them and then see how the rest of 'em respond. If we don't like their conduct thereafter, we deal with them, as well.
You know, I think Hitler gave Fascism a bad rap. Without all the racial BS, it could be quite wonderful in the right hands. So, this is why I advocate that we elect the Lord George Carlin. Only He can show us the way!

Any government can be wonderful "in the right hands" Its just that it doesn't stay in their hands. Washington->Bush
Also please expand on how Fascism or any one party system can be good.

Simple. Evilmind wants to be a totalitarian dictator and anyone who think/feels/believes differently from him would "disappear."
Yeah hating people because they have different political and religious beliefs, that's completely rational. That's how we're going to solve humanity's problems.

Hey. Weren't you in that movie, A Clock Work Orange? You were the one that Alex chastised in the milk bar scene, right? What was your name in that....I... it alludes me.

Hmm... I thought it would be painfully obvious that my comments about fascism were only to be taken in jest. What part of "the LORD George Carlin" clue did you miss?

"Not with God, that would be absurd."
You'd think Hannity wouldn't invite stable minded people on his show, since they have a tendency of making him look like a complete imbecile -- although he does that well enough on his own.

That reminds me, when Christopher mentioned imploding stars: has anyone here ever read Arthur C. Clarke's The Star? It's a great story.
