I've got a tremendous amount of respect for this man. I think he's incredibly literate, smart, and just funny as hell.

Witty, funny and entertaining. But ya have to admit that he's close to being called a racist in this household. I understand that he's ranting about others who want special treatment in this case, which is abhorrent enough. But two wrongs don't make a right and two Wrights build an airplane (unless one is Frank Lloyd).

That would be true if he was wrong but he isn't. Everything he's said about Saudi Arabia is absolutely true and most of it should be spoken out against. A person's right to practice their religion should absolutely be protected except when that right is impeding upon the rights of others. I don't want Muslims telling my wife to wear a burka any more than I want the jew or christian telling me I can't eat shellfish. He's speaking out against radical Islam and the nation that has been a major contributer to their crap.
